Adelaide

Adelaide is the capital city of South Australia and has a population of just over 1 million people.

In Adelaide, the temperature rarely drops low enough for snow and on average stays around the lower mid 20°C and peaks in the higher end of the 20°C. Though it rains most consistently during the winter, the wettest month on average is June, and lightly during the summer season, the city has the lowest average rainfall in the country.

The diversity of Adelaide’s populace is reflected in the myriad of activities and festivals the city has to offer, such as the Adelaide Festival of the Arts, Adelaide Film Festival and Tasting Australia, a biannual food and wine festival.
